Fiori Italian Restaurant and Bar is a family-owned and operated restaurant overseen by Orlando Marin, his wife Ilene, and daughters Amanda and Ali. You might also see the grandkids, twins Riley and Abigail, greeting guests at the door. Our desire for Fiori is to be a part of the Clayton community as a place where friends and families can celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, a date with someone special, enjoy great food and service, and create memorable moments.

Orlando moved to Clayton with his family in 2019 to retire from a long career managing restaurants in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, and Atlanta.  His experience includes opening and operating various casual restaurant concepts, including Houlihan’s, TGI Fridays, and Chili's. Additionally, Orlando was the owner of Nick & Gina’s, his own Italian Pizzeria and Restaurant in Selden, Long Island.  

After building a home in Flowers, he met Marcos Jaramillo-Flores, owner of Don Beto’s Tacos y Tequila. Marcos needed someone to bring the restaurant construction to completion and asked Orlando if he would take on the job. Orlando accepted, and Tacos y Tequila opened in September 2019. So much for retirement!

In 2020, Orlando had the vision of opening an upscale, modern Italian restaurant to provide delicious Italian food and beverages to the Clayton community. A lease was signed in 2021 for the space, and construction of Fiori began! In November of 2024, Fiori Italian Restaurant and Bar opened to raving reviews for its food and dining experience. With Executive Chef Tim Barron overseeing kitchen operations, the menu offers a diverse selection of the Chef’s take on Italian favorites and other traditional dishes, and a wine collection to pair with the delicious food.

Living in Clayton, we understand just how special this community is and appreciate the opportunity to be part of it in an intimate way. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve it and will always look for ways to give back.
