Fiori Turns 1!

It has been a year since Fiori has been part of the Clayton community! Fiori Italian Restaurant and Bar is a family-owned and operated venture led by Orlando Marin, his wife Ilene, and daughters Amanda and Ali. Our mission is to be an integral part of the Clayton community, providing a setting where friends and families can celebrate special occasions—from anniversaries and birthdays to date nights—while enjoying exceptional food and service.

The vision for Fiori was born after Orlando moved to Clayton in 2019, ostensibly to retire from a distinguished career managing restaurants across New York, New Jersey, and Atlanta. His extensive background includes the opening and operation of major casual dining concepts (Houlihan’s, TGI Fridays, Chili’s) and owning his own Italian Pizzeria and Restaurant, Nick & Gina’s. His "retirement" was quickly put on hold when he consulted on and completed the construction of Don Beto’s Tacos y Tequila in September 2019.

Seeing a need in the community, Orlando began planning an upscale, modern Italian restaurant in 2020. Construction of Fiori commenced in 2021, culminating in its grand opening in November 2024. The restaurant quickly earned raving reviews for its cuisine and dining experience. Executive Chef Tim Barron oversees kitchen operations, presenting a menu that features a diverse selection of Italian favorites alongside new, traditional dishes, supported by an excellent wine selection.
